Backlight Lamp Installation Guide
Although replacing backlight lamp is not as easy as replacing inverter on
laptop/notebook screen, however, with the helps below, you should not have any
problems at all. So, please go through this procedure before you replace the
backlight lamp, especially, if you have never done it before.

Thing you need to know before proceeds:
Most of the laptop/notebook screens have a similar physical structure. So, if you
can not find the exact instruction list on our website, please try to look for the
similar one based on your panel number.

Do not stretch or pull any Row and
Column Driver (TAB), Damaged TAB
will cause problem like, Vertical line,
Horizontal line or White Screen.

3 Easy Step Procedures to replace backlight lamp
Step 1
Disassembly the metal frame.
The metal frame is usually hold by few
small screw on the left and right side of
Panel, you must remove this frame in
order to remove backlight reflector

Step 2
Remove backlight reflector from LCD
Screen.
Follow by the CCFL wire as shown on
photo, slightly pull it backward.
Note: some of Reflector was mounted
on plastic frame by double size tape, if
so, please use a blade to separate them
first.

Step 3
Replacing Backlight Lamp.
Carefully remove CCFL from reflector,
pull off silicon rubber cap and leave it on
wire. Replace with new lamp and push
the rubber cap back to new lamp.
Note: there is no polarity on CCFL Lamp.
