Refurbished Inverter, Main board, backlight lamp ans other parts come with 30 days warranty
1. MoniServ will not accept any return without an RMA number.
2. Requests for RMA numbers must be made within warranty period, either Call at 1-510-785-
7288 or e-mail RMA@lcdpart.com.
3. Please allow 48 hours for an RMA # to be issued.
4. RMA numbers are good for 30 days of the date issue.
5. All items must be in original condition with all packing material.
6. Remember to include your packing slip from the original order.
7. The RMA number should clearly be displayed with a thick maker on each and every shipping
label and on the original shipping box. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must
match the product authorized for return.
8. All opened, Nondefective returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping fee.
9. All return shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.
10. Returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any courier that issues a tracking

If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days after the invoice date, you
may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer/publisher
restrictions. All Nondefective returns are subject to a restocking fee ( 15% ). Before returning

thirty days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
For Defective Return, Please record full details of the problem that you had experience & return
with RMA units. No refund will be accept without full details information. Also Our Tech
department will evaluate the problem with return to verify (Shipping Charge is Nonrefundable ).
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number.

warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are
sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact them if you are

There will be a $10.00 re-box fee for products returned in a damaged box.
All items being returned must be received in our warehouse within 10 business days (two
calendar weeks) of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies
could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit.
All Nondefective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must

Some Special items may only be returned for a replacement and not for a refund. Please Check

MoniServ will ship your product to you by the best method available for your specific needs.
You have the option of next day, second day, 3 Day, US Postal or ground shipping. Shipping
charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Total shipping charges
are calculated based on the total weight of the all the items in your order, plus shipping
handling. For any shipment that is refused(except physical damage )or you mistyping Shipping
